I was discussing with my sister the other day how long it takes for exercise to star showing meaningful results. You know the kind that earn the title of ‘body transformation’? And apparently, you need approximately 20 weeks for that. In other words 5 months… Let me say that again 5 Months.
Life is simply complex. It is the easiest thing to ace, yet the hardest at the same time.
There has always been this notion that pain is bad; whether physical, emotional, psychological etc. While it is understandable because there is nothing remotely pleasant about discomfort no matter how little, pain is actually a good thing.
I’ve always been an introspective person. Even as a child I have memories of being really aware, for the most part, of myself and my actions and their effect on the environment around me, and the people. Before I go further though,
Disappointment is the worst feeling in the world. It is even worse when you have your hopes up which is usually the case because hope is, after all, the last thing you lose.
I’m not sleeping very well. It’s my fault. I haven’t been sticking to my new year’s resolution to sleep early very seriously. And as a result, my wonderful early rising start to the year has deteriorated to scarily close to where it was last year.
It’s the end of week five!!!!! Yaaaaaay!!!!! I’m so glad that this week went by without any glitches. And of course I’m happy that the weekend is here again. So all is well in theredduniverse. How are you fellow growers?
