I found it!!! I found a new routine all together that I think I will do for a while. Its dance cardio and A LOT of fun. It’s basically 2 videos each about 13-14 minutes long, which translates to just north of 20 minutes. (Perfect!) And they work your body without heavy strain.
I’m back fellow growers! And as promised, with a useful article. I don’t know about you guys, but I’m kind of sick of complaining about the holidays. And so fellow growers, the next time you hear that word holiday out of me will be in reference to an entirely different one. Now, down to business.

It is easy to despise familiarity. We often assume far less of things done by ourselves or people close to us. But are easily enticed by the unfamiliar. That is what makes us vulnerable.
