I Know You know
I’ve been lost in a world filled with lots and lots of literature review, presentations and brutal critique and somehow I am still alive!! I hope you’ve been well. It’s been weeks since we met, hasn’t it?It is my sincere hope that the absence made your hearts fonder. It certainly did for me😊. Anyway, in my days of silence, I thought about many things some of which I have summarized below. Hopefully you shall find at least one of them useful.
- Experience is ruthless …a wise person will learn from others mistakes. There is no book written that you must go through some experiences just like others have.
- Doubt causes hesitation…hesitation gets you and/or your dreams killed. While the doubt may be for but a second, the consequences last for a lifetime. You must have faith in what God is doing in you. Therefore, you must have faith in yourself.
- People will call you crazy if you are not like them…be happy, that means you are you. You do not always have to do like others do…because regardless of how you look at it, there is nothing interesting about being ‘normal’
- Do not run from the fear of the unknown…run from the known. Interestingly, most times it’s the things and people we know that hurt us, not those we don’t.
- It does not matter what informed your decision…what matters is that ‘you’ made it. In the end, it all comes down to you…
