Can we stop moving
It is my dream to one day, break free from the financial rat race so that I can sleep for long hours and waste away my waking moments in sedentary bliss.
Basically, I want to be able to stop moving at will!!!
But is it possible? Assuming, I achieve financial freedom, will I be guaranteed a truly carefree life.
In the Ocean, the Great white and the Mako shark hang around the top of the food chain (Where I want to be), Yet they can never stop swimming. Their ability to breath and therefore live, relies on this. STOPPING EQUALS DEATH.
In the wild, an injured predator will starve, an injured prey will soon be eaten, if their injuries impact their ability to move.
Darwin postulated, in his theory of evolution,
- That more animals are born than can survive.
- That the order of survival is based on natural selection.
- The animal most suited to the environment will survive.
Does this mean that there is more of us than can succeed in this world?
Can I ever safely stop moving, without dropping ranking and becoming naturally deselected.
While we ponder on that, don’t stop moving 🙂
