So, I know what I said about indulgence over the Christmas period and I followed my own advice. And that is why I know that right about now, the guilt must be kicking in for you because that is what is happening to me.<\/p>\n
All those good habits I worked so hard to build and maintain, all that hard earned progress in the weight loss department, all floundering at the precipice of the whirl pool of the drain of 2016. (Because goodness forbid we let discipline suck the joy out of the unrestrained fun and immediate gratification so characteristic to holidays. ) And as such, like all new years, fellow growers, the start 2017 is indeed going to be a time for new beginnings.<\/p>\n
So, Beloved fellow Growers, contrary to the way I began this post, I do not wish to put a damper on the afterglow of your passing holidays. Rather to encourage you and myself in the process to shake off the gloom of all the rules you broke during this period like myself and gear up to take on the new year.<\/p>\n
