I have been on a team project for a while. Some of my team members have been taking it really easy with their deliverables.<\/p>\n

Now, I am the kind of person who gets bothered by unfinished task and our lack of progress has weighed on my mind.<\/p>\n

Today, I managed to clear one huge part of the project by sitting down with a few of them and it feels like I can breath again. Does anyone else ever feel like this.<\/p>\n

I started meditation as a way to handle my constant worries but interestingly, whenever I have these worries, is also when I am least likely to meditate.<\/p>\n

What am I a getting at?<\/p>\n
