I was assigned a task by my superior the other day and I wasn’t happy about\u00a0it. The task had nothing to do with my day job and was far more cumbersome. So I \u00a0sulked for a while debating if I should deliberately fail at it. <\/p>\n
My personality however cannot tolerate failure so I started researching anyway.\u00a0soon, in the process I discovered a solution that not only served the purpose but also allowed me to satiate one of my ambitions.<\/p>\n
Just like that the task\u00a0\u00a0had become an opportunity. And in additions, guys actually\u00a0had a blast. If I had never attempted to do the task, then I would have lost the opportunity as well.<\/p>\n
So today I wanted to add my weight behind Thomas Edison’s words…<\/p>\n
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Thomas A.
