Life is simply complex. It is the easiest thing to ace, yet the hardest at the same time. It is the easiest because life will give you what you want and what you search for. It is the hardest because of human nature. Many people fail at life because they succumb to whims based on comparisons and envy of other people thus losing sight of their life. It\u2019s like a driver who stops focusing on the road to admire other people\u2019s cars as they drive down one they have never been on. It is ridiculous.<\/p>\n

Below is\u00a0a list of things about life for your perusal. Of course, you will probably realize you know these concepts but it doesn\u2019t hurt to jog your memory a bit, does it?<\/p>\n

  1. Life is about finding out; who you are and what your purpose is. All your experiences and interactions show you who you are and all your dreams\/visions\/desires\/passions guide you towards determining your purpose. Therefore, if you want money, happiness etc. easily and enjoyably<\/u>, you need to find yourself and your purpose. That is the ideal yet less traveled route.<\/li>\n
  2. Life is 10% how you take it and 90% how you make it. So, make it count. You can either choose to take what life throws at you or you can choose to go out and create the life you want. There is a higher possibility of success if you take action. After all, dreams don\u2019t work unless you do.<\/li>\n
  3. The human capacity to indulge is insane, that is why for your own good you need to learn to master the art of delayed gratification. This is to ensure you do not compromise your future for temporary pleasures that you could probably do without now; especially when you have not yet achieved financial freedom\/independence.<\/li>\n
  4. Life is an interaction. To get what you want, you have to meet and utilize people of various capacities. No man is a lone island after all. Therefore, be civil and considerate regardless of people\u2019s status\/station etc. You never know who you will need.<\/li>\n
  5. Be carefree not careless. People suffer because other people with the capacity to help don\u2019t care. Carefree people do not care about unnecessary things that have no positive impact on their lives now and in the future and are considerate of the people in their environment whist staying true to themselves. Careless people on the other hand, do not care about necessary things and tend to be inconsiderate of others. To be your best you do not have to be cold-hearted.<\/li>\n
  6. Last but certainly not least, your reality is a direct consequence of your thoughts. If all you think is \u201cI want\u201d, you will be stuck in a state of want\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In summary, your state of mind determines your life. In a world where people are constantly comparing themselves to each other and flaunting all they have, it is easy to start living a life not based on what you want but on what society says you should want. That is not your life. That is why you need to analyze yourself. You need to go away from your usual environment once in a while to put things into perspective. You can make or break yourself and your life. To conquer life, you must conquer your mind.<\/p>\n
