I have this one person who I think I hate.<\/p>\n
At some point when I was younger and they had power over me, they chose to mistreated. I have held a grudge ever since. Countless times, I wished that the sky falls on their heads.<\/p>\n
Last week however, I attended a training on healthy living and part of it is forgiveness.<\/p>\n
To me, forgiveness comes after an apology or confrontation but though I am now strong enough to confront them, they are not easily reachable and they have never apologized so I don’t feel that I can forgive them<\/p>\n
Anyway, after the training, I am not sure if it is by coincidence or I was subconsciously checking up on them by social media, but I found out that they had experienced a double tragedy, the second one very recently.<\/p>\n
My feelings: Conflicted. I am sorry for them, but am also still angry.<\/em><\/p>\n Wish I could let this go, but I guess, am still a slave to My\u00a0emotions.<\/p>\n Here is wishing everyone, a grudge free week.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" I have this one person who I think I hate.
