It is even worse when you have your hopes up which is usually the case because hope is, after all, the last thing you lose.<!--more--> The feeling of disappointed is characterized by stone faced or pained expressions, a stomach that drops and a sudden feeling of nausea, anger, feelings of weakness even tears and confusion among many other horrible feelings. I personally do not like them. So, I choose to not expect anyone to do anything for me. Particularly favors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When you do not expect people to do anything for you, there are two outcomes. When they do, it\u2019s a delightful surprise. You will be genuinely grateful. When you feel entitled to people doing things for you, you tend to gradually<!--more--> lose that appreciation. When they don\u2019t, well you can handle it. Because you did not expect anything, you probably had a plan B.
